      Pros

      Hard working employees, lots of people trying to do their best to serve their community.

      Cons

      Overworked employees, so many on anti-depressants. With budget cuts, employees are overworked, underpaid, and feel undervalued. Many in upper level management do not know how to manage, so problems fall on deaf ears.

      none right now due to imploding env.

      Cons

      Glassdoor - the CEO has changed and I would bet his rating is MUCH worse. The ongoing transformation taking place is toxic and will not only change the values of PHS but will change the industry as a whole.
