Pros

The people you work with are great - values, culture, work ethic. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, from System office into the various hospitals. The employees generally have better ethics and values than many in management and executive levels.

Cons

Executives and management don't 'walk their talk' which can be frustrating. Some departments are undergoing extensive and haphazard restructuring - IT and other system office level departments.

Pros

I get my paycheck on time.

Cons

The whole Epic project is full of incompetent managers. They treat their employees like equipment, and not people. They do not appreciate hard work, nor do they appreciate being questioned. Being a manager means being able to bully those underneath into completing projects they are ill-equiped to complete. They then blame that ill-equippedness on the employee.
