Pros

Decent benefits, nice people, no fear of layoff

Cons

crappy pay, crappy hours, no room for advancement, managers are penny pinching rather than looking out for the employees. They work you too hard and pay you too little.

Pros

Decent pay and good working conditions.

Cons

Management doesn't know what they are doing and fail to listen to employees even though they claim they do. Get on the wrong side of just one senior manager and you are out of there.
