Pros

Colleagues are a plus. They excercise shared governance in their policy making. Express the necessity for teamwork. Competancy of the workforce.

Cons

Discipline is discretionary, not based on severity of decision, mistake, or attitude. Mangement and staff should be held accountable to the same standards. Too much time is needed to obtain raises. Evaluation tool is lengthy and needs updating. Communication between management and staff is in great need of improvement.

Pros

The pay is better than most employers, the constant turn over makes work life exciting. LOVE, and Compassion, is offerd by many. Just being in the church like work place makes you feel watched over by god.

Cons

The Complaints from employees are not followed through with completely, this makes you want to move outside the box. There should be a better way to handle things.
