Business Outlook
Pros
People are wonderful, truly, from top to bottom some of the nicest and smartest people I’ve worked with. Management has a solid grip on company goals and values and is successfully pushing towards those. Work life balance is fantastic.
Cons
Reluctance to move away from legacy solutions, also, some pushback to move into new territory when it comes to company culture, I.e. it can be too lax at times.
