Pros

Great culture, Interesting Projects, Fantastic office locations and opportunities. Some good company benefits such as Free Friday night drinks, snacks and son on.

Cons

The culture started to fade when I left, felt like a more of a big company. The HQ in Wellington became split between two floors, which caused a unnecessary divide.

Pros

Great culture, the people they hire are all like-minded. Work hard, play hard attitude. Some great perks i.e. free monthly massages, free fruit, bread, cheese, free beers/drinks and snacks on Friday. Get your birthday off. Great annual get togethers/parties. It's all about the people, it's the people that make Provoke what it is.

Cons

Wellington office grew quite a lot needing extra office space on another level in the building. Growing so big that management didn't know the names of new staff members. Now a sort of divide from the people upstairs and the workers downstairs.

Still a great pedigree and access to lots of Microsoft opportunities

Cons

A lot of the A talent has slowly bled away over the years and replaced by B and C talent, in an effort to cut costs and "make more money"
