Good culture, less than stellar direction / management

Pros

The company culture was great - they really keep their employees involved. Compensation for Omaha area is decent.

Cons

Not very focused on keeping teams informed on actual progress or end goals. Management was difficult to engage with, when you could get them to sit down with you - they were spread to thin.
