Pros

When the UK was small and tight - everyone wore every hat and learned from each other -

Cons

The false promises that the platform would be improved - lying to the clients, promising fixes and new tools. Losing the biggest client in the UK due to the lack of care and interest from US HQ. Blaming this on employees that were left with no guidance due to the resignation of every other member of the UK office.

Great culture! Open thinking and freedom to execute. Always improving processes. Very generous with timeoff, work from home.

Cons

Lack of focus at the management level. Felt like a high turnover in employees. Not many vertical career growth possibilities.
