Business Outlook
Pros
High growth, ahead of the curve, lots of ambition, leadership (all the way through) has great breadth of experience. Junior engineers are given the opportunity to work on high profile projects and make a big impact. Culture is shifting and very positive, fun, etc.
Cons
At the time that I worked there, there were some issues between employees that were satisfactorily resolved. Insistence on "by the book" processes sometimes hindered just getting the job one in my opinion. The upside, they continuously learn as they go.
