Great place to learn new and exciting stuff with highly skilled professionals. Prudential is literally in the forefront of innovation in the insurance market

Cons

Sometimes the decision making process can be slow and they are over the top with security and controls.

Pros

The company really values data science and wants to expand its footprint at Prudential. They consider that work important and prioritize the department. There is a lot of work to do and the firm is willing to invest in it.

Cons

The location of Newark isn't great but fortunately you only have to go in 2 days a week. The offices are low on amenities, but generally nice.
