Pros

Great health and wellness benefits. They still offer a pension! Some flexibility to work remote when you need.

Cons

Company is shifting and reinventing which is good however, there are a lot of moving parts at once so there is a constant feeling of instability right now.

Pros

The compensation and benefits are superb

Cons

* There are no career paths or desire to promote from within. There is a definite caste line between Director levels and those below * Strategic priorities change like the wind and the vision is not always communicated down.
