Pros

dynamic sales job with high potential

Cons

Commission is split with the “higher-ups”. Manager, called his main 5 people his “generals”. Commission was based on 5 aspects: prospect, initial conversation, discovery, 2nd conversation, and close. All split for 20% commission. At each interval, you MUST have a “general” with you. So it’s your prospect (20%), and each other step you give up (10%) to a General. So for your hard work to find a prospect, you’re getting maximum of 60% commission. If you’re not at the top, you won’t do well. Also, they force their robotic script on all your clients. Even if they’re close friends/family. Can’t deviate from the script.
