Pros

Extremely satisfied with experience there. People were friendly, culture was great. Work force is clearly valued and well-managed. People are treated like people and they get the job done. Lots of opportunity for advancement and growth across the business.

Cons

Shelton office is a little out of the way if you want to be near Hartford or New York, but it offers an easy commute.

Pros

Good work environment, some political or personality with some senior managers. Challenging work. Good work life balance, good pay.

Cons

Company really embraces work life balance, but you have to be lucky at times to have a manager that really belives the value of work when done remotely.
