Pros

Available benefits are great. Some of the best benefits I have been able to choose from in 26 years.

Cons

I was promised by their recruiter $20,000 more than I was paid which for someone with my experience and proven history was to low. When I got sick they attempt to push you around because of their size. They seem to feel because they are big one employee doesn't matter and they are above the law.

Pros

Great benefits and compensation plan. Great company that takes care of their employees

Cons

Recruit, Recruit, Recruit! In addition to recruiting constantly, you have to support your current team members. Work life balance is horrible.
