      Great place for work and learning

      Pros

      PruittHealth has been very welcoming. The entire team from management to coworkers has helped me adjust to the culture, language, and processes. I feel supported as a new nurse, and I’m looking forward to growing with the company.

      My personal review.

      Pros

      Most coworkers are polite and courteous. There's very strong ethics values.

      Cons

      Should not exist preferential treatment about rotation in the floor. Number of pt should be assigned equally. There are extra burns on cna duty that make difficult to attend patients needs, like pushing carts back forward to the kitchen and taking garbage to the dumpster outside of the building. Most the times I don't take my lunch brake because of charting.
