      top heavy organization. family owned and operated. has not adjusted well to tremendous growth. Census gets low, ELT gets ugly.

      Pros

      Great opportunity could be a really good company to work for. Actually looks good from the outside.

      Cons

      If you are not liked by the CEO no matter how good of a job you do then you will not last long. I think using the term Christian Company is false advertisement especially when you don't take care of your employees who go above and beyond. I wish I could share this letter from HR in regards to how some were treated because they were disliked by Mr. Pruitt.

      Pros

      Wonderful hospice teams that serve Metro Atlanta and surrounding counties. Inpatient hospice was a wonderful place to work. The care was excellent.

      Cons

      Corporate entity created a system of fear. Changes would be made to work status without consultation (e.g. being changed from a Part Time to PRN status without warning. Poor communication throughout the system.
