      Working with the same crew for 6 yrs before SCRUITT took over.

      Cons

      Money hungry company only focused on the VISUAL of the facility rather than the CARE of the residents and staff.

      Stability. You do have room to move up the latter if you move to Atlanta Georgia.

      Cons

      Was promised a promoted position was being made for me. Year later was told my position was not important enough to promote.

      Bad Experience Made Better by Good People

      Pros

      Very Few. I guess I can say I made lasting friendships through shared misery.

      Cons

      They are legion. The culture is dysfunctional. The mantra of caring,caring, caring is non-stop but I've never worked anywhere as cut-throat and stressful. The hours were long, the pay was low, and the benefits sucked. Good people didn't stay long. Needed change and innovations will never come.
