Been there a year and still not given my health ins. Always reasons for not having it. They don't fire people who are call outs on a weekly basis and poor work ability to patient care. Always short handed CNA's, Nurses

poor management, policies not adhered to, rules apply only to some employees, inconsistent, poor quality care, quantity over quality, too much 'play time, phone time',
