The entire company is guided by a set of Core Values that set the tone for how everyone does their work.

Cons

I've worked here 3 years, and the only thing that has ever struck me as a "con" is that the Healthcare benefits offered are expensive. That is the case everywhere, so I don't really count that.

Work from home. I usually contact with the clients for their complains or concerns and home visits. Time flexability is important to care Coordinator.

Cons

Company recommends to work from hours of 8:30 am to 5 pm, but that time schedule is difficult because home visits might require outside of that recommended schedule hours.
