Pros

- Competitive pay and decent benefits. - Daily catered lunch. - Some WFH flexibility for now but this varies by team.

Cons

- Company lacks clear post-IPO identity, struggles to assess profitability and risk, and operates reactively. - CFO and finance leadership are entrenched and unprepared for post-IPO scale; financial systems are weak, data quality is poor, and issues are actively downplayed. CFO is disengaged and nearing retirement. - CEO heavily micromanages hiring, promotions, and major opex decisions, severely limiting agility; delegation is minimal and the absence of a COO is a critical gap. - Layoffs are increasing and executed without strategic planning, leading to poorly timed terminations and costly rehiring. Talent is neither recognized nor developed effectively. - No merit-based raises, only COLA or a market adjustment if you're lucky. - No formal mentoring, career paths, or growth tracks across most teams. - 13-day in-office requirement.
