1. Flexible work hours 2. Product based 3. Adapts to the changes immediately hence retaining market position 4. Has diverse opportunities, along with your stack, company encourages and helps you to learn from existing available tech stacks 5. Good Location - Aundh 6. Still has good leadership and culture. Older leaders tries to maintain the legacy of company, promotes learning, work-life balance & team building.

Cons

1. Since last few years, very less year on year increment. 2. Promotional hike is very very less to negligible, it is also, prorated, means you will get 1/2 % less increment the next year. This reduces increment drastically. we cannot survive with inflation with such less to negligible hikes/promotions.

None except salary which is also not market competitive

Cons

Most of the people are leaving the company due to bad management specially in Monetization team. The management has no idea how to deal with this and no clarity on future. The management team is trying save their seats only. Undeserving are being promoted to senior manager and leads.
