Competitive salary and mostly remote organization. Good benefits (automatic 10% retirement account deposit, health insurance, 21 days PTO) and lots of opportunity for growth.

Cons

Kind of stressful working in a small program that has to constantly be sourcing new funding sources to maintain staff.

The program staff try really hard and the opportunity was unparalleled. They facilitated a career dream.

Cons

Lack of transparency during decision-making; big decisions seem to be made without any warning. I would rather be aware of uncertainties and shifting circumstances than have it abruptly sprung on me.
