Pros

They take care of their staff! They advocate for them! They made it a fun place to work during the pandemic! Best virtual team environment with people striving to achieve common goals. Little to no office drama! Great supervisors!

Cons

My position was a contracted position during the pandemic. I made it through several contracts but at some point it ended. Those who are bilingual had advancement opportunities while those who were English speaking only didn’t have those same options available. At least not in the area I was working.
