Outstanding learning experience. Interns worked with USAID staff; everyone was dedicated and driven. Many opportunities to attend various meetings, brown-bags and network. Great opportunity for interns to learn about USAID and the projects they are working on.

Cons

Not really a con, but experience widely varies depending on team and supervisor you work with.

Structure at PHI is splintered into so many separate Centers and Research projects, connecting to the right people can be challenging.
