      Pros

      People are very respectful, positive and knowledgeable. Access to advanced technologies was easily procured and links to major universities makes this organization an excellent choice of employer.

      Cons

      The business side of things can get a little bureaucratic.

      Pros

      PHI Programs do amazing work in the areas of cancer research, alcohol and tobacco as well as climate change. From my observation, PHI managers are supportive of their team members. There are many opportunities given the 200 plus programs at PHI. PHI HR Team is supportive as well. They have an excellent benefit program. The corporate culture is mission driven.Bonus, they have Peet's coffee.

      Perhaps an additional espresso machine? :)
