Most positions are fully remote. Benefits are good and the accruing PTO is really nice.

Cons

PHI is a fiscal sponsor to all the different program, meaning all programs operate as basically their own program.

my direct supervisor was very kind

Cons

they only gave us sick leave after a year, and that was only because everyone complained. They never provided more than 2 weeks maternity leave (for a company that works on health that is shameful) and zero paternity leave.
