Cons

Rude management makes staff feel stressed and not appreciated. A general sense of over-promising and under-delivering. No clear vision makes everything feel pointless.

Some of the people I work with are amazing... and of course the amazing customers made it an awesome place to work. Ethan is the best manager they have in that store!

Cons

The corporate staff is being blinded by the awful management at my store. Stop sweeping the floors and actually do something. If they worked better with leads and other employees instead of saying please speak English over the walkie, we wouldn't feel so uncomfortable to work there. I've never felt so unwelcome at a job in my life. You guys in management are not better than us.
