Pros

In store staff are awesome, good brands for the sports we cater to, rapid advancement if you are an in house referral.

Cons

-Buyers can do no wrong -Visual team can do no wrong and has no knowledge of most sports we cater to -Operations management is extremely culturally toxic. No collective reflection on their own processes while routinely condemning, ignoring, or completely bleeding dry individual stores. Totally different store from what the original concept was billed as. Update:within 24hrs of submitting this review I was terminated. Corporate leadership in this company can truly do whatever they want.
