Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this company! Great atmosphere, amazing support and teamwork! DM 0325 Krisitina is phenomenal when it comes to her role, support and associate encouragement. No micromanagement, and you are fully handed all the tools you need to be successful in this company. Pay is fair and hours very reasonable. Job duties are simple and the company stands firmly behind true customer service!

Nice co workers but that's really where it ends for me.

Cons

Low pay, unorganized upper management, even after training I was confused on my schedule, what I should be doing daily,and I did not agree with running out to customers cars to beg for Google reviews. The hidden rent raises was a constant complaint of customers which was understandable. Also the fact that I was told you don't get raises no matter your job performance by more than one KTP. Also management was a joke and the work duties are too much for the pay. Daily schedules were confusing also after a few weeks I just left and no one even notice. I really had high hopes for this position but ultimately I felt I didn't belong.
