Good place to start your career, great people & culture, but can be disorganized

- Good place to start your career out of college, you get a lot of training in your first few months - Very flexible hours/wfh - Nice benefits - The people are really nice and helpul

Cons

- Projects can get very disorganized because of the many stakeholders involved - Low salary (not up to industry standard) - You can sometimes not be assigned to any project (on the bench) and it can get very frustrating & boring - It can be tricky to get proper mentorship
