Publicis Sapient is a great place to work, with a strong engineering culture and plenty of opportunities to grow if you’re proactive. You’re encouraged to take ownership, explore new technologies, and contribute meaningfully. The work-life balance is generally good, and there’s solid support for learning and development.

Cons

While the company is diverse in many ways, I’ve yet to see Black representation in technical or product leadership roles. This lack of visible representation can be disheartening, especially for aspiring engineers looking for relatable mentors at the top.
