Pros
The people are incredible. The offices are very nice and the culture is overall good. Decent benefits.
Cons
There are MAJOR management issues, especially in the Early Careers program. I have been working here for four months and have been given one task. The "manager" I was given as my only POC has met with me twice total. I have written paragraphs explaining how many people are ignoring me and I have been left on read. I could drop off the face of the earth and no one would notice. I see no career path here, mainly because I don't feel like anyone knows I exist.
