The projects are planned with Zero buffers and crunched timelines * Worse possible HR policies : The salary revision may get cancelled on day of increment, promotion cycles can get vanished over night without appropriate justification, appraisals are used as tools to penalize bad apples than to drive them to company's vision * Worse Project Management practices possible : In most of Nitro projects, the project planning is done ignoring both quality of product and, interest of employees. Result - Majority of deliverables are mediocre or below standards * Internal politics : unless you are luck y to have a right mentor, you will keep struggling for career growth. Short duration projects usually mean switching to new projects and change of leadership. Result - No owner for your own growth * Under-qualified and over-empowered leadership - Many of the senior folks lack leadership skills and vision.
