Cons
The Deli is one of the store's "most important areas" (according to management) but it's always understaffed and the management isn't much help with that. They force some people into the deli when they applied somewhere else and those people usually quit. I worked part-time and requested no more than 20-24 hours a week, got 39 instead. Shifts aren't consistent, so you may have to work nights/days back to back. Depending on the area, there are very few breaks in customers. It was more stressful and difficult than any fast-food restaurant I've worked at, and far more stressful than just about any other area of the store.
