Pros

Good benefits, when the managers are good they’re really good, a lot of room for growth if you get a good manager.

Cons

It really feels like a cult mentality, if they ask you to stay and you don’t they will cut your hours if you’re part time or start taking away responsibilities you were given if you’re full time. It wasn’t uncommon for most of the associates to stay and work 12-18 hour days to cover for a callout while managers stayed in their office and then went home right on time. Hard work does not get you up the ladder in this company no matter how much they push that. They’ll hire you at part time while gloating about how everyone starts “from the bottom” and then the next week will hire someone full time in your department while also paying that person $2-$4 more than you. You can spend years trying to climb that ladder and people YOU TRAINED who started after you will be in management while you’re left to bust your butt.

Pros

At least you get stock?

Cons

Management is beyond incompetent and is elected through a popularity contest. Management will gladly throw associates under the bus and admit to it to help themselves get ahead. I’ve never worked anywhere that cared less for their associates. Issues are consistently brushed under the rug. You can be sexually assaulted on camera by another associate and management will do nothing about it and force you to keep working with them. No management can competently explain any benefits and it’s impossible to get answers. They will take weeks off when they have a family member with Covid and then try to force you to work with a positive Covid result. They gave a .25 cent raise for “emergency pay” in 2020 (truly worth risking your health over) but wouldn’t give it to you if you had to call out for having COVID. You can be literally stalked and harassed by your supervisor and they won’t do anything about it unless you get a restraining order- even then, they’ll just get transferred and promoted. Upper management gossips like high schoolers. It’s incredible how horrible of a place this is to work.
