The management really makes or breaks a store and makes his/her employees happy or miserable. In my experience in the Orlando area, it's been more often than not breaking instead of making. Also districts vary widely on pay rates, how liberal they are with raises, and the prevalence of tipping customers (even though it's "not allowed"). So pick your store wisely and ask the workers in as many depts you can how they like it there
