      Pros

      They truly are one of the best companies out there - managers for the most part want to see their subordinates succeed, excellent training opportunities, great benefits packages, amazing stock options, I'd say this company for the MOST part is actually FUN to work for IF you have the right attitude.

      Cons

      A few of the managers are aggressive toward subordinates. Communication between employees and managers needs to be revamped to a more considerate manner. The environment has gotten somewhat sharky when outside managers from other companies were allowed to be brought on board. Too much of a Chief mentality when there needs to be more "Indians" in the mix, too top-heavy of a company. They have cut the hours and raises as austerity measures.
