Pros
good benefits for full timers. stock is given every year as well as sick time benefits and six paid holidays.
Cons
If your in a slower store often the worse managers are sent there and life can be real hard for someone who is really trying to live the publix mission statement. If you try to do the right thing and expose managers breaking publix rules they don't get in trouble and you get exposed for terrible hours and negative progress evaluations and counseling statements. they don't like to be out shined by subordinates.
