      Pros

      friendly people, very clean store, most customers are nice and respectful. raises if you are on time a lot.

      Cons

      no full time in the 6 yrs only because I am able to work from 7am to 11pm , which is not fair in my eyes because I have a son at home.

      Worst place I've ever worked

      Pros

      There is nothing good about Publix warehouse, management is horrible, didn't even know who I was when I first started.

      Cons

      Everything. Long hours, early mornings, lower pay than competition. I was fired for missing 4 days within my first 90 for having a major surgery on my stomach to stop a severe pain I was having. As if I went to the doctor and requested to have it because I didn't want to work. Managements words to me were "you're a good employee who got caught in the middle of an unforgiving rule" HA!

      Pros

      Higher than average pay rate, better quality customers, more departments to transfer to and master in an effort to move up. Amazing benefits.

      Cons

      Managment is often times I'll educated and not equipped to handle their departments, wrote ups are fairly common...for everything. Full timers are thrust to the forefront and expected to lead, even if they're still in training. They have little or no understanding of disabilities.
