Pros

You are your own boss. The pay can be worth it.

Cons

You provide and pay the liability insurance when puls take a higher percentage of the pay. Three hours counting the drive time from home to a job. Puls doesn't provide tools equipment either. They do offer some support. But come on. Also if you claim a job by accident you have to pay 48 bucks dollars.
