Pros

Strong student body. Especially the PSGA. Students have more of a say than the faculty/staff do under the current leadership. Students advocate for themselves really well. Unionized employer.

Cons

Administrators in upper level management are nothing but elderly Caucasian men. More diversity is needed in the upper level administration. Note, don't rub anyone the wrong way or they'll act as if you don't exist.
