Pros

Easy job, nice environment, friendly co-workers and more often than not, the clientele is friendly.

Cons

Pay isn't great and raises come once a year. The computer system, staff ideas, and administration are all stuck in the past.

Pros

Very laid back. I was heavily encouraged to take lead, and organize and make decisions the way I saw fit. They also paid for training.

Cons

You'd have to live in white plains, there isn't much there. Minimal room for advancement.
