Pros

The college community is very safe, diverse, moderate politically, and educated well-above average, especially for Indiana. Purdue is always expanding, but perhaps, they should spend more money on providing more money for research and outreach.

Cons

Despite the diversity, the culture here is somewhat lacking, but if you look hard enough, you can find things to do. Very conservative Governor Mitch Daniels will be the new president here in January, but he might be able to bring lots of money to the university.

I really liked working here because they all know that you are there to learn as well as get to know others in your field

Cons

Sometimes there weren't enough hours and it is difficult working with nearly all young adults.
