Exceptional benefits! Opportunity to be part of a "greater good", setting the stage for our leaders, researchers, of tomorrow.

Cons

Exceptionally high workload as University has not maintained adequate staff to work ratio. Upper management has set expectations of full ownership of work; however, have not granted authority to direct work.

The don't think they are Ivy League, but they don't accept 2nd best either, It is not too Ivy Tower like at all, pretty down to earth. West Lafayette is a nice college town.

Cons

No pay raises in our department since I got here 3 years ago.
