Working at Pure Flavor was extremely challenging. Management consistently showed little concern for employee well-being or morale. There were frequent layoffs, which created a constant sense of job insecurity. The overall atmosphere was tense and negative, with many employees feeling frustrated and unhappy.

I enjoy working here. The team environment is outstanding, everyone is helpful, and there’s a real atmosphere where it feels like shared success is the priority, not just individual wins. Cross-departmental communication has been great, unlike places I've worked before, getting support or information from other teams is pretty easy, which makes my job much more efficient. The leadership team has demonstrates a genuine care for their employees. They seem to be making improvements to the company and the offerings to employees, which shows they are listening and committed.

Cons

Given the ambitious pace of expansion, resources sometimes feel stretched thin, but it seems like leadership is actively working to resolve this.
