We have a flexible schedule to further enhance work-life balance and allow employees to tailor their work hours to their individual needs. The flexibility is a great morale booster and contributes to job satisfaction and productivity. We have amazing teamwork with a strong sense of comradery among team members. I love that I am able to have time with my patients and educate them and make them feel like they are at home. They have a private suite to themselves, with a TV and a blanket if they choose. I love being able to provide the little things to allow for their infusion to be the most comfortable it can be.
