Pros

Working here teaches you hard lessons about ethics. You quickly learn what lines cannot be crossed and how to spot behavior that is completely unacceptable in business.

Cons

- This company operates with complete disregard for fairness and legality. Taxes are deducted from employees' pay but never deposited, leaving staff shortchanged while the higher-ups benefit. - Employees are forced into crushing, exhausting hours under false promises of growth. - Promotions are a lie, and hard work goes completely unrewarded. - Mistakes are never acknowledged. Instead, employees are blamed, dismissed, and punished for raising concerns about the unfair and unethical practices. - Speaking up about poor behavior or calling out mismanagement guarantees you will be pushed out. - The culture is built on greed, dishonesty, and intimidation, making it impossible to feel valued or safe in your role.

Pros

The one predictable thing was the office printer- it never resisted requests, unlike the leadership.

Cons

The most frustrating part was how unclear the hierarchy was. Guidance came from different people who rarely agreed with one another, and instructions shifted depending on who happened to speak last. You'd complete tasks exactly as told , only to learn that someone else overruled the direction moments later. This constant back-and-forth created a loop of rework that destroyed productivity and left employees unsure whose direction actually mattered.

Pros

There was some freedom to experiment with new frameworks and a few talented developers on the team, but that barely scratches the surface.

Cons

- The company promised innovation but delivered nothing but disorganization. - Roadmaps changed constantly, and features were abandoned without notice. - Developers were forced to work late nights fixing rushed, untested code. - There was no planning or strategy, only constant scrambling and patchwork solutions. - The fast pace did not inspire creativity; it drained every ounce of energy. - By the time products were finally shipped, no one had the will or passion left to care.
