      Good Pay Great office atmosphere Great Network Great tools Backed by a huge Canadian company Office amenities Many departments Great location in NY

      Cons

      Structure for department was subpar. Management tends to strong arm employees due to conflicting scheduling. Training was not provided properly. Very experienced and knowledgeable management team however lacked people skills and ability to train.
