This is a great team to work with! I was with Mission critical for a few years and management is awesome, you get time off, managers have an open door policy , they guide you, and the team in general is available to answer questions you might have. Team work is key here, we rotated weekends and holidays so it’s not always the same person. The supervisor and manager are cool, flexible (unless you don’t do your work ‘like everywhere else’) and are available after hours if needed.
