The brand name in Canada

Not to be trusted - they say one thing, the opposite it true. Pay is below standard, work/life balance is not respected. President is completely detached from reality, the market place, modern employment practices and respectful way of treating employees. Do not listen to the false statements they give you in the interview, you will quickly come to see reality and it's not pleasant at all.

Poor Management-Immature-Not competitive-Pretends to be a Transportation Company

keep looking for a job - not competitive - does not understand markets - management is immature and pretends like they are a big player in transportation - the whole company is a joke - sales process is so long and confusing customers loose interest

Excellent delivery network in Canada means service levels are strong. Commitment of front line customer service folks is commendable and the efforts a some key subject matter experts hold the organization together.

Cons

President of the US division is a major factor holding the company back. He is out of touch with modern company cultures and is living in an era that is at least 20 years out of date. Micro management, blaming, limited trust and stone age IT solutions. What could be such a strong company is poorly led and from the top. Constant directional changes show zero vision, recent (multiple) rounds of layoffs shows that it isn't working.
